Red Maple Burl Bowl

This is my first piece of Red Maple Burl. Works very nicely
1/8 inches thick all over.

Diameter: 11 inches
Height: 2 1/2 inches
Finish: Sanded 600 - Mineral oil & Bees Wax
As Always, Questions, Comments and Critique Welcome
very nice, is the mineral oil and bees wax a 2 step process or combination?

Thank you BaitBegger. The short answer is "yes," but...
I use the mineral oil for "wet" sanding. When I am done going through all of the grits, I wipe it down and rub on a stick of bee's wax. (on the lathe) I then use the oily rag to heat the wax enough to rub it in and buff it out. I follow that with a dry paper towel. Works pretty well. I will follow that with a couple of coats of Tre-Wax in a day or two.
