Walnut Hollow Form

Walnut Hollow form turned green to finish. It is 6"x6.5" Finished with Deft lacquer and buffed. All comments welcome
i like it, how small is your base just guessing 1/2 to 3/4 inch???how do you turn with that small of a base?

The base is actually 2", I think it looks smaller due to the camera angle. I normally dont turn the base until I am done hollowing. I leave it about 3/4 to 1" bigger. After I part it I reverse turn the bottom to the right size. I have found this works better for me. More mass at the base when hollowing. I try to account for that when hollowing.
