Birds of North America

Very nice and very timely since Saturday was the annual Great Back Yard Bird Count day. My little city had an organized GBYBC event with a great turn out despite the cold windy weather. A couple of the birds on the platter were spotted. The most unexpected was the cedar waxwing (three o'clock on the platter), but a huge flock of several hundred was spotted.

@Bill Boehme Thanks Bill. We’ve got the Cedar Waxwings here too clearing out the ripe red berries on our Holly trees.
