This 14" Maple Bowl was \inspired by Gary Lowe and other turners who have been doing the "Cosmic Cloud" embellishments on their pieces. This piece was turned, sanded and them painted black with a black Lacquer. Iridescent paints were applied and then "blown around" with an air brush. Several cotes of different colored paints were then airbrushed on to the middle with the lathe spinning at 1200 RPM
