A River Runs Through It

Oak, Turned, carved and inlay with turquoise. Approx 22".
That is a stunning piece. Knowing the diameter makes it even moreso. I'd love to see the profile (hint?).
 
I've already sent this to the people who commissioned it, and I neglected to take any photos of the profile. It is 1/2 - 3/4" except at the center where I left a 3' spigot for mounting purposes.

C'est la vie. It's lovely and looks delicate and spontaneous and, at the same time, imposing. Really a masterful piece. Thanks for posting it.
 
Lovely design and execution. Your choice to use larger pieces of turquoise for the "river" works very well with this. Superb.
