Holly and Pottery Fusion

A New Idea... A fusion of wood and pottery!
Introducing a collaborative piece with Master Potter Charles Smith(Mobile,AL)
The base was turned from a Holly log that had been air drying for over 10 years and was chosen to contrast with the intricate design work and color tones involved in the ceramic collar. It measures 9" wide and 8" tall. It will be debuted at the AAW symposium in Tampa, FL.
