Elm - Large Vase

This is a form I wanted to try out, just to see if it turned out like I envisioned.........now that I have done one, I see a couple of changes I would make next time, but overall, it turned out fairly nice.......still have some finishing work to do after the finish cures for a couple of days.

Right now Gary, it is a few coats of General Finishes Woodturners Finish........after curing, I will take it back to the lathe and wet sand with some abralon pads........1000 & 2000 grit, then apply 3 more coats........should give it a nice durable and glossy coat.
