Becky's Bowl

This is a bowl from a board for my wife. The wood is purple heart, lacewood, hondouran rosewood, wenge and curly maple. I thought about turning the lacewood so that the figure would show more but maybe next time, the grain looks pretty cool the way it sets. The diameter is 10.5". This is the first bowl I tried to use my hand to support the turning to prevent the "chattering" as it thins. It was a touch nerve racking but became more and more comfortable as I went on. One of these days I will turn as thin as I would like; this one is 5/32". I worry about all the work that goes into a vessel to have it blow up! All comments welcome!
Gary,
I coated the bowl in CA and then lacquer. The CA does a great job filling pores, I really like the finish it helps yield.
