"Missing Parts VIII"

W= 6 1/4" x 6 1/4" x H= 9 3/4"
This lidded box is another in my Missing Parts series. Made for a buddies wife for her birthday. Comprised of Figured Bubinga and Canarywood. The thin black rings were wire burnt while turning. The finial is turned and polished aluminum.

Unique and intriguing design. Love all the "mismatch" - round, square, pyramid, metal, etc. Really works.
