I'm a big fan of worm holes, when I can get a piece that looks good......and, this one certainly is accented in the positive with them!

Robert,for a pretty simple form you have pulled together many elements that all work to the utmost. The wood itself is a loud statement. Yet you give it a wonderful curve from the base coming up and over. That little tiny dip before your insert gives the eye a slight pause then wow, worth the pause with your nice flowing insert. This box is so nice I am giving you third place in this contest.
