Magic Wands (group)

These are magic wands that I made over the last couple of weeks. They are made from (left to right) Ipe, Cherry, two unknown (actually forgotten African woods), Purple heart, the same African wood dyed black, cherry, red oak and walnut. They range in size from 10" to 14". Any comments are welcome!
These are great.
I like the variety.
What is the average length of your handle, min and max diameters?
Have you sold any?

Thanks for the complements. About the length of my handles: they vary. The walnut one on the far right (my longest handle) is approximately 4 3/4" inches. The shortest, my cherry handle (third to the right)is about 3 1/8". All, except the walnut and oak ones, are a little shorter than my hand... but I like the feel of them all. About diameter: The thickest one (the cherry one second to the left) is a little over 3/4" of an inch . The rest of them average 1/2" (give an 1/8" take an 1/8"). I don't like to be restricted with calipers when turning these... I drew a bunch of rough sketches of handles that I liked and then I turn them and change the design here or there as I go. And, no, I haven't sold any yet. I want to turn some more of them and I plan on trying to sell some of them sometime; I hear they sell well! Thx for your interest.

I was wondering if you have had any luck in selling these?
I think they would be popular with all of the Harry potter fans.

I actually haven't tried selling any... I think I probably could pretty easily. I have been thinking that I'll try selling them after I build up my collection a little bit. I have made about 17 of them so far and I have about thirty other designs that I want to try.
