"Rising Moons" Bud Vase

A bud vase turned from plywood. Our local chapter "Detroit Area Woodturnering" had a contest in which we purchased a piece of plywood, roughly 2.75 inches square by 11 inches long (I chose blue and yellow) and turn anything we wish, as long as the majority of the work was the purchase plywood. The dimensions of the vase are 5.25 inches in diameter by 2 inches deep with the flower it is 11 inches tall. Finished with a satin polyurethane.
