Woodturner is watching you

Hi all,
in German the title is "Augen-Blicke" (moments), what is a word-composition from the two elements you can see at my object: Augen (eyes)- Blicke (sights). This object is 35x30x10cm. The used woods: box elder, padouk and african blackwood. Connected by stainless steel. All parts are turned, nothing carved. Do you have another name for this object in English ?
Thanks for your comments.
Jo
What an evocative piece! In English it would perhaps directly translate as "Eye Sight", another term for vision. But it looks more like "peering" maybe "curiosity" to me. Das gut!

Thanks Dean,
for your agreement and your adapted name "Eye-Sight". Und fr Deinen kleinen deutschen Satz "Das gut".
Jo
