The wood is all milo from Hawaii.
The finial is tru-stone and the inlays
are turquoise. The wings are 12" x 9"
and the height is 7" including the
finial. I have not glued up the finial or
stand just yet. I haven't yet decided if
a perpendicular or a parallel
orientation would look better.

I keep coming back to this piece because of the beautiful choice of the wood. The piece presents the wood in the very best light. The crafting adds to the whole. Great job.
