Box Elder Vase

The bugs really did a number on this one, but left a "hole" lot of character in their wake. I wanted to create a more curved form, but the size of the blank and the size of the glass liner allowed me to only give it a slight taper with a bit more playing area with the foot. Approximately 12" tall and 3.5" diameter. Finished with 4 coats of wipe-on poly, wet sanded in between. Comments and critiques are welcomed.
