Such a beautiful piece, Ed. My very humble opinion involves the finial. My eyes keep going to that instead of the gorgeous piece itself. A piece of work to be proud of.

Hi Don - I know what you mean. It seemed like a good idea at the time, but if I could do it over I would do something different with the finial.

I keep telling myself that it's the camera angle that makes the finial look bigger and more prominent....
