Red Mallee Lidded Bowl

Red Mallee bowl w/lid and African Blackwood Finial.It is 8 1/2 inches by 6 inches wide and a total of 6 1/2 inches tall with the finial (4 1/4"). Finished with wipe-on poly and buffed just wax on finial.
The lid was cored from the bowl.

Even better. Never saw a piece of Red Mallee Burl I didn't like, and you've done an exceptional job with this one.

Very very nice. I assume you were inspired by Cindy Drozda's work as the finial treatment is very similar.

Fine again, Bob...you just raised the bar for the rest of us!! Would like to see more of the other woods besides black woods as finials, just to be more diverse....other than that, another "A" for the day...keep 'em comin'!!
