This is the box is made for Kirk Deheer for the recent forum box swap. The lid functions as a spin top, and the bearing is a domed US Lincoln Penny. 5" h x 2.75" d, paste wax finish
Start by putting the penny in a large concavity, and then form it to the shape. Then switch to a smaller concavity to shape it more. Repeat until the penny is in the desired dome shape.
Right, kind of a funny misspelling. Translation error is my guess. I bought that set, actually. Steal of a deal for what you get. And, doming is spelled correctly on the one I have.
