Carved Maple Leaf Lidded Box

After making the Carved Leaf Platter, I decided to try a lidded box with a carved maple leaf also. The box is made of hard maple and is 2.25" diameter and 2" tall. The background behind the maple leaf is woodburned with a 3/16 inch ball tip. The box and lid are finished with spray on lacquer.
