Camatillo Round Bottom Box

Continuing the round bottom theme, this box is turned from a really nice piece of sapwood and heartwood Camatillo (Dalbergia Congestiflora). This piece is a very dark purple, and the sapwood really has a nice design and contrast! This design sports a true round bottom, domed lid, and chamfered sides. Turned, hollowed and finished with gloss lacquer. Size is 1 3/4" tall x 1 3/4" diameter. My demo is just two weeks away, so these boxes are great for sharpening my skills!
