-e-, this is amazing. It's huge - I can't imagine branding something that big. You must have hours and hours and hours into this piece. It looks wonderful. I'm gathering from your description that you have more planned for this piece. Can't wait to see what's next.

didn't really take that long to brand -- sort of like knitting -- i think i listened to a couple of those bad reality shows on tv while working on it so its not very tiring. the biggest problem is the smoke -- i use my hepa-filtered vac to suck up the smoke, but the living room still smelled like my wood-burning stove was plugged :>)

i have step 2 of 3 partially completed, but am in a holding-pattern until more leaf arrives. right now the piece is as ugly as the bird-poop on my car! hopefully this will change, but only the turning-gods know ====>
