Boxelder Hollow Form

Boxelder Hollow Form

Finished with a base layer of shellac, then 3 coats of Myland's friction polish. Taken from a tree on my property.
That crack is odd. It was present from the start, even before drying. It almost looks like a ring shake. I had it pretty well hidden, but it reared its ugly head during finishing.

Maybe coffee grounds after red turns brown with yellow glue, sand, refinish....will be hard to redo this
