Avocado wood with a surprise inside

This is from an avocado orchard that came down near me. Garbage wood, as always, but this time the little river of embedded rocks/stones in the bark line were a particularly fun treat to deal with. I make my own tools and use them specifically for situations like this. I like the little river of rocks and the wood has some interesting character. It sold very quickly at my last show. About 14" across maybe 4" tall. Resin keeps the whole thing together.
