A form like this was given to me decades ago by my contractor. It has intrigued me ever since and drove me slightly crazy in re-constructing it – until I finally sorted out the two different species of 45 degree crosscuts at each end of the struts, and their correct assembly!! Has anyone seen such a form before? I see great potential in elaborating it.
My first thought as well. A good time waster - coming up with different configurations !!!
Could magnets or plates be embedd in the ends so that this
becomes a puzzle with several different configurations as you’ve shown?
What I show is one configuration./arrangement of the pieces. Any deviation from this produces a wildly different number of wildly shaped pieces - 'twould be fun to experiment with that!!!
