AAW Fall 2009 Contest

This hollow form is turned from fiddle back maple. It was hollowed through the bottom and then plugged. It measures approximately 6 inches tall and is 4.25 inches wide. the egg shell was carved. It is finished with aniline dyes, airbrushed acrylics, prisma color markers, wipe-on poly, and krylon crystal clear flat acrylic.
