Has anyone else bought saw blade guides from sawblade.com? I was told "these are made by Carter for us" but mine were not very good quality or design. I have a Delta 20" (made in the 90's) and ordered some because they had a pretty good military discount. Here's what I found...

1. Although they say they fit my saw. I had to modify the upper blade guard to get them to fit.
2. The upper and lower back bearing fell apart within months. They are sending replacements.
3. The location of the adjusting screws makes it almost impossible to make adjustments without having three arms and extra fingers. Not to mention 3 different sized Allen heads.
4. Two of the set screw threads were cut crooked and immediately stripped out. You cannot get them tight enough to prevent movement as they are way too small.
5. I lost over an inch of re saw height because of the fit of the upper guides.

Other than that they work.
