On this pen I took roses from my garden last year and dried them. After having them very dry I have poured them into resin after reading Barry Gross' book. The piece of success for me was making sure the pen barrel was fully constructed before pouring any resin.

This was the first pen I've ever turned from resin. I'm just starting on a lathe, trying to reconnect with the memory of my grandfather.
