First, sorry to have missed Emiliano's pewa demo, hopefully he will offer it again soon. Assuming that the bowtie pewas are laser cut for accuracy, does anyone make "infinity" or figure "8" pewas? The bowtie looks crisp, unless the corners are rounded, then not so much. The "infinity" shape would look crisp and be entirely done with the router. Has anyone tried this, and if so, where did you get them? Thanks.

I'm not senile...sometimes I loose half my mind and the other half just went to look for it.

Easy if you have a Shaper Origin. Can free hand cut any shape! 28D27313-6D64-4411-BD1B-591816B03CEA.jpeg

So have you come up with a way to use it on a turning?

A pretty expensive tool. But it really is a CNC machine in your hands. It’s that accurate.

In one of my demos a turner told me he made his own laser cut pewa and template at a "makers club" We do not have any here in Hawaii, but it is an option to find a club and make any size pewa there.
