Advice please on sharpening/shaping and handling allen wrench for hollow turning small objects

Thank you for posting. I have a carbide tip tool, but I haven't known how to sharpen it properly (I just starting turning about a year ago). I was using my bowl gouge jig, but that was making the tip to pointy.
