I’m doing some stocking stuffer pens on the lathe and am finishing them with the EEE-ultra shine friction polish and then followed by shellawax liquid polish.
I couldn’t find the answer on their site so I’ll ask here.
Do I need to let the EEE cure a certain amount of time before applying the liquid polish.
If so how long before proceeding forward.

Lol, that’s my rooster “Fabio” He was a Silver Laced Polish, He was my favorite rooster but He went after my wife one too many times and so he was invited to dinner.
My wife can't bring herself to show the roosters who's boss by giving them the boot every time they cross your path and they pick up on that weakness.

Thanks. Will hang your photo in the shed with my silver and gold lace wyandottes. I'm sure the ladies will drool over that bad boy. A fly fisherman or two might drool, too, watching that hackle.

I'm a chicken guy from way back... but I'm not going to go ballistic on that comment, this is not a chicken forum of which I belong to many. I've raised different breeds of chickies, guinea and turkey, never felt the need to kick one because of bad behavior, they are easy to calm down and put in their place, only takes a few minutes. I could have had, and have had many calm down and sit on my lap after a few minutes, even the worst can be tamed/dominated. Thank your wife for me for not being abusive towards an animal.

Yes. As a fly fisherman, I immediately began looking.

Already answered, but same here. I turned dozens of pens as gifts before Christmas, and most got exactly that EEE and Shellawax polish. It seemed the friction heat generated helped things dry tack free pretty quickly, and then on immediately to the Shellawax.

I've been doing similar on bowls with Yorkshire Grit and shine juice with great results. I think they are similar composition.
