That image is in GIF format and only exists as one size as far as I know --something on the order of 80 X 80 pixels. It is not a "vector" graphic which means that it can't be scaled to a larger size without showing the effects of the pixels turning into large blocks. I think that if you can find somebody with the artistic tallent to create something similar, that would be the best solution. If you can search for an old post by Bob Edeards of San Antonio, Texas, he used that avatar once upon a time.
