Let’s get in touch to share best practices.

Lancaster Area Woodturners has been bringing members onto Zoom via our online morning coffee hour. We’ll be attempting to hold our first virtual club meeting next Tuesday, we think we have enough members on board, the bugs worked out, and some virtual programming figured out.

We would love to connect with any other AAW clubs that have started down this road. How did you start, what’s been working? Let’s all share what we’ve learned!

Yes, using “Zoom”. Worked very well. Southwest Missouri Turners, Springfield MO, Larry Randolph is pres of the club and the video guru.

NJ Woodturners has had a virtual meeting already, with Lyle Jamieson as the presenter. I started a thread on that a week or so back.
And we're planning more meetings, and just general get togethers, to stay in touch and help each other get through these times.
Its very helpful that Alan Zenreich is a member of our club. He's the master of this technology.
