Repellit Cuspis

This very rare plant, Repellit Cuspis, is only found in the North Georgia foothills. Its hard sharp pointed outer layers protect the delicate inner pod that holds the seeds. These seeds are a delicacy to squirrels, but if they injure themselves on the outer points it can be fatal for them.
Pear, Holly, 8” high, Pyro, pierced, airbrush paints.
