Ornamental Turned Castles
Castle Bottles made of African Blackwood & Pink Ivory wood These were made on the Holtzapffel Ornamental Lathe and the Rose Engine lathe. 3 & 1/2" to 5" tall.
Beautiful work Jon!

I just love the look of these! One of my earlier memories reading about turning was an article on the Holtzapffel lathe. I've been fascinated ever since and your castle towers are terrific examples.
