Madrone Burl NE

Madrone Burl NE

6" tall, 4-1/4" wide... 1/8" walls... buffed antique oil finish... comments/critiques/suggestions welcomed.
This is a really solid form. Keep up the good work! I am surprised that the form didn't move all that much. Most of the madrone that I have seen moves like crazy (i.e. Christian Burchard's baskets).

Yep, it moved a lot as it dried... I soaked in DNA and then let it dry (wrapped) on the shelf for a few weeks. I turned it back round afterwards and there it stayed.
