It Satisfied My Soul No. 21

Sometimes a collaboration can work between the collector and maker. This idea, a strand of leaves that starts at the center, and follows around the bowl, and over the rim, to end at the foot on the bottom, was an idea that came from a collector of my Soul Series body of work. It took a couple of years for me to actually put that idea into a physical form, but it was successful for both of us.

Cherry bowl, pyro-engraved pattern interior and exterior, genuine copper leaf thread wrapping from center interior around and over the rim, to the bottom of exterior.

Dimensions: 9.5” wide by 3” high
You are clearly a glutton for punishment doing all that stipple work. The end result, however, is beyond spectacular. Love the foil work too.
