@Richard Coers Richard it could be, but I don’t know of any elms in Indiana. This came from a tree that was taken down in the neighborhood where I live. But I was not at the cutting.
 
@Richard Coers Richard thanks for the tip. I had no idea we had those species in Indiana. Now I’m going to go back to where the tree was cut and look for others like it.
