this two pieces are made in a unknown wood we cll it dalmata is like cocobolo but it has a much more waxy feeling than others woods of the same type and is hard too the box is 3-1/2"x5" and the vessel is 6x3-1/2" shellac finnish

not really maurice just dont put the pieces in direct sun ligth I have a finial in purple harth and the color is as good as the first day Eduardo
