well GOOD JOB ! and now I know one thing I could do with a bunch of left over rings ! I for one use a parting tool and take off material (in the form of rings as I put a new segmented ring on a progressing bowl. I glue and turn SOME on each ring as I build, one at a time. mainly so the very first ring and bottom is totally finished before I go any further then I can stay away from that.. Not knowing what I am gonna do with rings i PART OFF rather than waste away, now I can see what You have done, make a version Maybe !!
