Jack-O-Turn

Jack-O-Turn

This 7 inch tall Jack-O-Lantern was turned from a small piece of cedar. It was a quick project but really seemed appropriate for the season and falling temperatures. It may seem trivial, but why not create some quick decorations for the house to brighten up these days. The outer bark was wire brushed to remove loose pieces and a small twig was glued on top. Some carving and highlighting with a black marker completed the project. The nose was where a small branch was cut off. Give it a try, it may bring a smile to your face (and it doesn't take much time...)
