Buddy's Burl Bowl

Two years ago, shortly after I had started turning, my step-dad, Buddy, gave me as a Christmas present two Cherry burls that he had been watching grow for over a decade. This year, he got one back as his Christmas present. This Cherry Burl Bowl is 12" in diameter and 6" high. The voids are filled with turquoise Inlace, and it is finished in walnut oil. A shout out to my step-dad who has supported my turning from day one, and who has scored for me some fantastic wood on many occasions!
