Having the AW Journal on line is a wonderful tool and reference. One little change would make it even better. (Sure one little change!) No really, on the page that lists the years could the volume number for the year be listed as well? Could be just next to the year.

When going from the index after finding an article it would be nice not to figure out what year the volume was. I could easily make a list and put it on my desktop, but I would never find it again.

I agree with the concept, and tried setting it up that way originally back in March. However, the numbering system for the Journal was not annualized for the first 5 years (1986 - 1990). Beginning in 1991 (Vol. 6 - No. 1), the Journal went to the numbering system that is still in use today. Prior to that, you’ll find two different Volumes listed in each year – I guess because the first Journal (Vol. 1 – No. 1) was issued in September. A “catch-up†was initiated 1991 – that's why we don’t have a Vol. 5 – No. 3 or 4.

Thanks for the quick response

Thanks Ed. I did not realize that there was a shift. Maybe when there is a maintenance cycle on the page it could look more like this:
