I've heard from someone in Florida and in Pennsylvania who have received their journal already. Mail to the East coast is moving quickly!

Lightening fast

Betty has hired some mighty fast carrier pigeons as I received my copy right after Ed's post and I'm on the left coast of California.

I received my copy yesterday (Weds) also but a bunch of pages are skewed down a little and not cut. I'll cut them myself and hope it's an anomaly. I really like the tips area and also one of the ads show a bunch of chucks with differently jaws hanging up and can't wait to this myself and some draw space. I have about 10 chucks (I know we all can't have to many) and never thought of setting them up with different jaws that I can just grab the chuck I need for the right set of jaws. Keep up the great work and I also love looking at how shops are setup. Oh yea I also liked the article by Myron Curtis. I had the pleasure of videoing him at the AAW 2008 Symposium and still stay in touch with him.

Betty,

I am on the East Coast and I have not seen mine yet.

Dale

Dale, if you do not receive your journal by the end of this coming week, please email Linda Ferber in the Saint Paul office. She generally waits until about the 20th of the publication month to send out first-class replacement copies.

Sometimes it takes up to a month for some members to receive their copy, even though other members living nearby receive theirs.

Linda's email address is inquiries@woodturner.org.

I hope your copy arrives soon, but in the meantime you can read the journal (and all back issues) online in the Members' area.
