Wow, that's incredible, Don! At first glance I assumed the fish were inside the vessel. The paint job, especially on this side - for me, is very impressive. Your skills as a taxidermist transfer well to your woodturning art. Love it !!!

Paul, the stair steps on the side are awesome, but I think the top should be different. As is, it seems to detract from the awesome effect on the side. I’m wondering if it could also be stairs in an M.C Escher style.
Thanks, Alan. The walls are about 1/4" thick. I use the Trent Bosch hollowing system with the 5/8" tools for this one. It is a challenge to get out to the shoulder; slow and steady...
